✦ I have used Amethyst under my pillow and bed side table as it is said to help with nightmares and sleep related issues. I have grown up with sleep paralysis that would happen week after week (it was EXHAUSTING) and have found no cure until Amethyst was introduced to me as a stone of dreams. I'm going to be honest and say I'm not the biggest fan for purple but when it comes to sleep, I'm 100% with Amethyst. Keeping Amethyst on my bed side has prevented me from going into sleep paralysis. I'm incredibly thankful for this stone
