Are your crystals ethically sourced?
Our Himalayan Quartz are handmined by us and our relatives, the very people who live in the area using only the safest tools. Hand-mining is an ethical way to extract crystals from the ground. No explosives are used in this process keeping the surroundings intact and undamaged. It allows us to respect the environment and space where these beautiful quartz come from and allows for a much better energy exchange from mother nature.
Fascinating crystals are growing everyday. As wanderers on this beautiful planet, it is our job to ensure the mining of these beauties is the safest way possible to help mother nature continue producing these wonders.
We often handmine in BC as well and manufacture our own metaphysical products in India with the help of our relatives and friends. We have made friends with vendors across the world who share the same beliefs and have welcomed their products to share with you all!
Do you offer Pick - up?
Yes! We offer local pick-up at our sister store, Earth & Sol in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver. Please send us a message on Instagram or email us at Himalayascrystals@gmail.com to set a pick-up time and date.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $120 CAD before tax.
How can I save on shipping? What is an Open Box?
You can save on shipping by doing an Open Box! An "open box " allows you to keep adding to your cart and ship at a later date helping you to save on shipping cost as minimum orders can be $12 CAD or more depending on where you are located.
Shipping is free when you spend $120 before tax! You can keep an open box until you are eligible for free shipping.
Please select "Pick-up" at checkout to create an open box and leave us a note stating you would like to keep an open box!
How do you ship orders?
Please allow 2-3 days for processing. We use Canada Post to ship out packages. Your orders are carefully wrapped up in bubble wrap and packed in a box for large packages or bubble mailer for smaller packages. It is also packed with crinkle paper for extra cushioning.
All orders in Canada come with a tracking number.
Return and Exchange Policy
